Facing the same issue, most of my FC/Friends quit, the people still playing doing ATMA and book farming, they wont do anything else.

you see people asking for help in dungeon or primal and no one will help anymore, before 2.2 if anyone asked for titan EX or HM and relic quest from start to end all will jump in, now everyone is for him self, doing his own thing.

i really think this patch did more bad than good to this game.
