The book completions are already enough of a time sink without the 1500 myth requirement. Grinding the same few instances hundreds of times are what raiders,non-raiders,casuals, you name it, hate about mmos.

So, after 9 days, I finally got all 12 pieces of Atma.

That was not fun in the slightest, when that last piece was dropped, I was on the verge of tears due to immense relief, I feel absolutely no satisfaction over this.

There's no satisfaction to be had because you don't even get rewarded from accomplishing the atma step. All you earn is the ABILITY to actually start making your weapon better.

It's like trying to complete your dissertation but so far all you've done is gathered your sources together. You still have to actually write up the damn thing.

I would say its even worse, with atma you just gotten the right to write one, sources gathering i would call collecting the 1500 myth for each book...

It seems like the complain have died down, or ppl are pissed and left...

Seriously after 107 pages of post and SE is still keeping quiet.. i don't care if it take a week to translate, a week to discuss, a week to do whatever. There is bascially no damage control from SE, which is an extremely big disappointment.

Personally, i don't even bother at all anymore. If i don't get to see improvement i am most probably leaving with the rest of my friends, who already either unsub untill SE fix this or left for good.

P.S. out of the 2 COB team i run with, i already lose a total of 8 out of 15 members due to this relic unfairness, and i see about 24 out of the 45 in a LS i was in. if u avg out.. its almost 50% leaving rate for the community around me.

I agree, we should have a response from SE. But, in regard to translating this tread, how hard can it be to translate: "We hate this RNG grind, please change it."??? So, a response is long over due.

As a side note, I wonder if the players in Japan are complaining about this?
