And no side can be reasonably called a minority without data/proof to back it up. For all we know, the majority of players may not even care either way. And the ones that don't care aren't going to go out of their way to post feedback saying so.

I made a point about myth increase being an overall buff to the quest, get called a "troll" and apparently defending myself constitutes "verbal harassment".

You really aren't too bright, are you? You wanna know what verbal harassment is? It's silly namecalling that you yourself are guilty of.

I have done 4 books (3 for sword 1 for shield on my PLD) and i find that alot more fun cause it is not all or nothing and it is progressive for everything u done.

Opinion. I find farming Atmas more fun than running Brayflox 270 times because there's more variety to it without compromising effectiveness. Guess that makes me a troll! How DARE I have a different opinion!

I am ilvl 91 blm.. and 89 to 91 for all class (i have farmed T1 to T4 and obtain every single loot, i got all 3x9 primal HM before ex is out, i have all primal ex weapon before 2.2 hit and i have only monk belt caster glove and healer hat lacking from CT as of now).

Because I have feedback and I have just as much right to post on here as you do. This is a feedback thread. Not a "only people that wanna whine about atmas feedback" thread. It's quite funny how rustled and offended some people get when they realize that not everyone is on their side. Sorry you can't handle opposing feedback!

I digress, there's a lot of hatred/rage going on and this is just not a productive discussion. When people can engage without utilizing insulting language, that will be helpful. But the evidence in the issue is that since 2.2 there have been nothing but post after post of disapproval with this new system.

Like it or don't, that is what I would call a majority speaking out and saying it's not fun. In addition to this no one I've ever spoken to in game has ever had a kind word to say about Atma and it's not as if they're just kidding when they say they dislike it.

Would it have been better if SE said you needed to do 2,000 fates to get the next step in the relic? Which extremely long grind would you prefer for an ilvl110 weapon? Most of the alternative suggestions I have seen put for by people who want an animus weapon (and eventually the novus weapon) are things that could be done within a week.

You want one of the best weapons to take a weeks worth of time? IMHO, weapons need to takes months to work towards. Weapons are one of the best, if not the best, upgrades your an make to your gear.

People would prefer books taking twice as long just because with the books you know exactly what needs to be done and how long it takes to do it is entirely up to you. Atma however can either be a walk in the park or your worst nightmare and there is nothing you can do to change that.

Are you sure about that? We're honestly never going to know because a lot of people are stuck on Atmas and complaining about it, but I still have a feeling that if the Atma section never existed, there'd be an outrage over how long the books portion takes.

You may be right, but then again people also still complain about other races (I'm talking about real life now) exist besides their own, some complaining will always occur about any old thing. But there are times to listen to it and times not to.

I hardly ever complain about anything on this game since Beta and Early Launch (Man the lag really made me mad!!!!) but, this is a huge annoyance to me and I feel like the Dev Team could make a better system for Atma.

I apologize if that's upsetting to anyone.
