I think keeping the myth tomes at the same or slightly lower rate was a great way to keep the i70 gear somewhat relevant. You aren't going to be able to spam the low level dungeons to pick up i90 gear right away. You'll have to bridge the gap with some darklight/crafted i70 gear.

Keep running freeloading CT

Collect i80 peices for your off classes while you build myth for i90 gear for your 'primary' class

Get in on the Coil/roulette train and grind 'till your sick of it. Then keep going.

Yep, it's exactly 4:1. I had 2,000 capped Philos that I exchanged for 500 Myth this morning.
