3 in 3 weeks, aren't I the lucky one. Think I'm gonna have a pop at the ex primals instead

I'm at an Animus plus an Atma and 6/12 towards my third. There is a way to "increase" your odds of getting the drop through FATE-hopping. You only need the minimum contribution for a FATE to get an Atma, so what I do in low-level zones is if there's more than 1 FATE up and a bunch of on-levels are at the FATE I'm on, I'll get in a few hits and leave for the next one. I get credit and a chance on Atma for the FATE, and the on-levels get their contribution plus the exp for the mob kills I leave behind. Win/win in my book.

It boils down to:
1) Have your zenith equipped.
2) Grind fates in the area noted. ANY fates. Not a certain fate, ANY fate.
3) Rinse, repeat, cry , repeat, until you have them all.
Still working on the last two myself, so i know the pain.

Lots of crying... Lots of it. But look at it this way: It's fantastic for your FC's action points plus you can get a lot of boco exp at the same time.

Daaa vocal minority!!!
and now
"It's all the vocal minoritys fault!"
It's like they all have the same talking points.
Get's old.
Players wanted real open world content - S.E delivers with more Fates (and not even new ones) which most players want to get rid of.

I think people on the forums are misplacing blame. The FFXI and older MMO crowd that wanted a longer quest and something to work towards, that you couldn't get in a day.. was also looking for open world stuff that was fun an engaging. I've never heard any of them say they liked fates, and wanted to do all of the ones currently available over and over again. Some aspects of the quest (the part after you get done with the 12 atmas) seem to be more that style.. but the fate part really isn't. That's just SE trying to shove Fates down people's throats. The "1%" didn't ask for that.
