New Crafting Gear - Can You HQ?

So I really want my new crafting gear but I cannot come up with a rotation for the new 2 star items (increased difficulty) in which has a decent rate for HQ rather than only 10%. Has anyone started and come up with a decent rotation so that we can get our new crafting gear?!

With the ingenuity nerf, it's hard to say right now. Most of the old 'solid' rotations require several high-level skills from other DOH classes (most popular seems to be variations of a Byregot's Blessing bomb technique)

I've never gotten more than around 10-18% HQ chance on Darksteel Ingots just using Ingenuity, and that's on the high end and with a 10% chance of catastrophic failure (all items lost). That said, I've never successfully HQ'ed a DS ingot.

With the nerf to Ingenuity and Ingenuity II (which now probably has a similar effect as old ingenuity 1 with two stars, or less), gaining quality and progress will be just that much harder, requiring atrociously overmelded equipment.

Short notes, the i55 crafting gear is about as good for i90 gear as a level 10 crafter trying to make level 18 goods. You're going to be spending a LOT of durability just making sure it doesn't blow up by the last step, forget about quality.

Oh yeah none of the old rotations will work either simply because the difficulty has been increased from like 200 to 400.

In preparation for crafting balance adjustments forthcoming in patch 2.3, the effects of the blacksmith actions Ingenuity and Ingenuity II have been adjusted.

Ingenuity

Before: Lowers recipe level to current level for the next five steps.
After: Slightly lowers recipe level for the next five steps.

Ingenuity II

Before: Lowers recipe level three below current level for the next five steps.
After: Lowers recipe level for the next five steps.

* The effect of Ingenuity and Ingenuity II for two-star recipes and below will be the same as, or greater than, its effect prior to patch 2.2.

Could you explain to me exactly what speculation I made? I am asking for a rotation in order to get the new 2 Star items as close to HQ as possible rather than making a thousand of them just to get 50 HQ from RNG.
