Lets work out how to get all the new minions in 2.2!

Wind-up Bahamut - ARR Original Soundtrack preorder bonus.
Wind-up Moogle - PS4 Collectors Edition Bonus
Wind-up Minion of Light - 360-day Veteran Reward.
Wind-up Odin - 360-day Veteran Reward.
Wind-up Kobold - Available after attaining lvl 4 (trusted) repuation with Kobolds
Wind-up Sahagin - Available after attaining lvl 4 (trusted) repuation with Sahagin
Magic Broom - Crafted (CRP) Wind Shard x99, Glazenut x1, Broombush x1, Rosewood branch x1, Ancient Lumber x1
Plush Cushion - Crafted (WVR) Lightning Shard x99, Glazenut x1, Jute Cloth x1, Undyed Cotton Cloth x1, Cotton Boll x1
Baby Op-Opo - Random drop from last boss in Brayflox (Hard) - Will be rolled on like normal loot.
Wind-up Sun - Purchase for 1 Elixir from Magic Pot at far end of Isles of Umbra
Minute Mindflayer - possible reward from a level 50 retainer on an 18 hour exploration venture.

Wind-Up Goblin - 450-day Veteran Reward.
Fledgling Apkallu - Achievement reward for completing "Out of Sight Out of Mind" (Complete 80 entries in your sightseeing log.)

Well I think that is all the new minions identified now. Grand total of 69 minions released (not counting the 4 in the dats that aren't actually in game)

Yep, the Opo Opo comes form Brayflox.

I think only the Mindflayer is the real missing one left. I have a feeling the other two will be like the first 4, not implemented yet.

The sun's actually for lighting purposes for screenshots. That's why it stays stationary and can't be seen in Scroll Lock

The only problem is it vanishes with the UI when toggled off, thus rendering it useless (since toggling the UI off is for screenshots).

It's not bugged at all. It's a lighting source. You don't take a picture at a studio and include the lamps used in the picture.

What you're saying should happen

The only change I'd wish to see from this minion would be color options and intensity of the light using other emotes or extra moon/star/planet minions, since it doesn't reach very far, but is very strong if you're right on it. The ability to move it higher or lower is very nice, however.
