    Unable to update FFXIV after 2.2 patch. Errors (30413 10009 10019) http://sqex.to/x4w

    Neither I nor my fiance can update our games after the update. All information appears to be correct in the MogStation and SE sites. It shows an active service with an active sub paid up to April 3rd.
    I've tried to reset modem/router.
    Connected directly to the modem.
    I shut off my firewall through my PC and my router.
    I tried restarting my computer.
    I've deleted the patch folders in the "My Games" folder.
    I've set the launcher to update in the log file.
    I've deleted the log file to force it to check / re-create acct associated with the launcher.

    So far, nothing I've done has worked and it still gives the same error which leads me to believe it's on SE's side and notthing I can do will fix it. I've put in a ticket through the e-mail support after following the link and will be calling over and over after their phone support comes up until this is resolved. I played FFXI and paid for multiple accounts for a decade and have been playing XIV since release paying for multiple accounts... This is unacceptable.

    Hi i had the same problem this morning : Unable to complete version check [30410][30607][20457][409]

    I found a way that solved this for me by reading many posts on forums.

    Go to :
    C:\Users\''yourusername''\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

    Open with blocknote :
    FFXIV_BOOT.cfg file

    You will have these lines or something similar :
    <FINAL FANTASY XIV Boot Config File>

    <Version>
    Version 2
    Language 1
    Region 2
    EulaAgreement 1
    StartupCompleted 1
    B4EulaAgreement 0
    BootVersionCheckMode 0
    ConfigReset 0

    Modify and save it as follow :
    <FINAL FANTASY XIV Boot Config File>

    <Version>
    Version 2
    Language 1
    Region 2
    EulaAgreement 1
    StartupCompleted 1
    B4EulaAgreement 1
    BootVersionCheckMode 1
    ConfigReset 0

    Save the file, close any FFXIV application and try again. It should download the patch after you enter your password.

    I tried changing the bootversion check mode to 1 to force the launcher to update, but it didn't work, unfortunately. I even tried deleting the config file (I called it the log file above as I'm at work atm and posting from memory) to make the launcher think that it was being used for the first time thus requiring me to tell it I had an account and put in my account information/pw, but that didn't work either. It passes through the launcher check fine, then tries to update the game itself and continues to throw the same error message that I posted above. I'd gather that your "[30410][30607][20457][409]" error string is in reference to the launcher version check / update and not the game version check / update.
