Primal Battle lag unacceptable

In my opinion the lag in Primal battles especially Titan is unacceptable. I find myself and a lot of other people dieing from AOE even though on our screen we avoid it in plenty of time. Your solution to provide a buff to help in the fight is not a good one. You should work on sending the information faster to peoples computers. I have a high end PC with a very fast internet connection and have a major problem avoiding AOE damage. This happens is quite a few fights be it solo instance quests or Primal fights. I switched internet providers hoping to solve this problem to no avail. I opened port forwarding and this still does not solve the problem. The Problem is the servers are not sending the information fast enough to keep up with the damage. This problem does not seem to happen in Labryinth of the Ancients for some reason but happens very frequently in primal battles.

Hmm, sounds like what everyone else will tell you and that its a problem on your end, since literally thousands and thousands of people have cleared this content. Maybe your computer is not as "high end" as you think, or for some reason it just doesnt handle this game well, try turning down your graphics some and see if it fixes your problem. It definately sounds like its either that, or that ur new ISP sucks too, since you are in Canada where the data centers are located, and I'm playing from florida (3000+ miles away) with a wireless connection to my ps3, and I don't get those issues.
Just to add, I use the absolute cheapest internet plan my provider offers (cable modem-wise obv)

I have to agree with above poster on this. While I wouldn't call my build phenomenal it still not weak by any means for FFXIV, and in fact I played other games with little to no issues. However, in titan fights I noticed that when you have WoL animations going off on upwards of 5 people it is going to cause frame rate to drop on certain cards/builds still, and that isn't taking into account what else might be going on in the fight. I had 2 gtx 660's in SLI and saw this happen in Ultima HM and Titan (HM/EX) fights only, but after upgrading to a higher tier card (780 Ti) have not had this issue crop up. That being said, while your rig might handle the game admirably otherwise the animations for that fight alone might be causing frame rate issues which you can get around by turning settings down.

I'm sorry, but are you guys implying that his computer might be at fault, that he's getting some sort of frame rate drop, and that's the reason for the lag?
