The game skips Cooldowns when changing jobs in city states. Now that is also the case for residential areas (aka housing areas aka Mist, Lavender Beds and Gobsomething)what exactly does this mean?
what do they mean by skill timers? in which residential areas do they mean?
i was really hoping it meant that cooldowns will not max out when changing classes/jobs in any sanctuary other then a city-state. but this does not seem to be the case.
i hope someone can shed some light on this.
thank you.

Ppl used to change jobs in cities because your cooldown timers would be reset and ready. If you weren't in a city, you would have to wait for your ability timers.
Now they removed that, so doesn't matter where you are, you have to wait for your timers to summon eos for example if you change to scolar.
Erm, or, did I get that backwards. You don't have to wait now incuding residential areas?
I guess I misunderstood the patchnotes and I haven't logged in yet. DOH!
