    Make the file in notepad, copy and paste it, rename it appropriately and BOOM you have a cfg file. Also, be aware the method 1 and 2 are different directories altogether, just make sure your in the right one.

    I've just created the file and it seems to be doing something now. I wish i knew this before i deleted my game Thanks.
