fastes to get a good new weapon are 12 fates for the atma relic with ilvl100 and then 9x1500 myth for the animus relic.

You still need to complete all 9 atma "trials" to get the new relic to it's highest current stats. Each trial has 4 categories; Enemies, FATEs, Dungeons and Guildleves. It's not going to be quick by any means unless you play an extraordinary amount of hours.

The Leviathan weapons are potentially the fastest of the new ones to get, just epends where both the weapon and the mirror come from.

I don't think this is right.

As far as I can tell, you need a base weapon + "Mirror of the Whorl" (an item) for your i100 Leviathan EX weapon. Eg. Wave Codex + Mirror of the Whorl = Tidal Wave Codex.

The one you're talking about is the Gerolt's masterwork weapon, for which you need 1300 soldiery tomes (10 tokens at 130 each), which is i100 by default. That will take 3 weeks, like you stated. You can then upgrade it to i110, having the base weapon + an item called Sands of Time.

I was tackling the "Leviathan" part of your post. Nothing indicates that Leviathan weapons will take 3 weeks, them requiring only the base item + Mirror of the Whorl, which I stated. I also stated the exact same thing in my post about the Gerolt's masterworks taking 3 weeks to obtain (which the Laevateinn for instance is, for the BLM), which you then re-explained in your post directed at me.
