Is there a way to stop invites? I am on the PS3.

If you mean the shouts, you can blacklist the people if you really want.
If you mean the random invites that some people seem to send, other than joining a different Free Company there isn't really a way that I've found.
Yeah it's the blind invites. the shouting doesn't bother me as long as it's once and they're done. I did BL one guy because he was doing it over and over again. Can I report a FC for harassment if they keep doing it?

Someone should check me on this, but perhaps setting your status to 'Busy' in character info will block incoming invites of all kinds.
I play on the PS3 and I have not been able to find this option. I was able to turn off private chat to stop the RTM tells and this doesn't stop the invites.

You can report a person for harassment. Reporting an entire FC would not be a good idea unless they are literally ALL out there spamming the shout channel.
So I have to just take this particular FC sending me invites? I have no idea who the person is sending the invites. Is there a way to tell who the invite came from?
FC invites don't tell you who sent them. They just ask if you want to join <name of FC>.
If you're getting spammed by the same invite repeatedly after you've already declined it, you should be able to report that you're getting harassed. The report would have to say which FC it is, when this happened (exact time, I doubt they'd be able to check something like "last Tuesday evening"), who your character is and where you were at the time. If the GMs have interaction logs where they can look up this sort of info (which they should), then they'd have to find out who it was that was spamming you with these invites.
It is still an individual and not the entire FC who you're reporting. It's just that the GM would have to be the one to look up who the individual is, since the game doesn't give you that information.
Thank you.FC invites don't tell you who sent them. They just ask if you want to join <name of FC>.

Just type /busy. Or go into the social menu and click around until you find the "set status" option. Probably the submenu (square) for your own entry in the party list, or something.
They're aware of the issue, at least, but there's no timeline on the fix(es).
