    Already mentioned in multiple threads. People are speculating that these or the Sands/Oils of Time will drop from coil to upgrade Soldiery tome items (weathered i100) to Coil 2 equivalent (non-weathered i110). This way the one spamming dungeons for tomes will get i100, the raider that doesn't get lucky with drops can get equivalent with different secondary stats. It's just speculation right now but if it's that way, it's a great system.
