Pretty sad considering SE said that he was good and dead. I guess some people will be happy about this though.

You're in an area that time/space could be considered warped in. Expect anything and everything, including all former bosses, and possibly final bosses from other FF games. It wouldn't surprise me if we saw Barthandelous from FF13 in there.

I honestly would LOVE to fight Nael again... his final battle during the summer of 2012 was quite epic he's always been one of my favourite bad guys in the entire Eorzean lore. However, I agree that its weird he is being "brought back alive" but as mentioned in a post above, he technically only died physically while his main aether-self got "absorbed" by Dalamud.

Yeah... bring him back... because for all his psychotic behaviour, he still had a very noble elegant style and charisma. Besides, I still want to rattle his collar, get some more answers from him and obtain that silver armour of his.

Coil 2 will only go up to T6 to T9.

T10 will not be in the game until Coil 3 which may probably where it serves as the entrance for Coil 3.

I was expecting Nael fight to appear in a later Coil but I'm guessing they're either going to end Coil Turns before 1st expansion so they can introduce a new Endgame dungeon or have a more darker story following future Coil turns.
