Or buy them in the MB. They are tradeable.

Hard to find people interested in it (as they said they'd add it if there was a high demand).

It seems we can buy from the calamity npc event gears for both genders. At least my male Miqo'te can now buy the female version of the Valentine gear. Sadly the Lightning event gears are not in the list.
