    New item: Liberator

Pawing through the 2.2 patch notes, I came across a list of new items. I saw names like "Burtgang," "Glanzfaust," "Conquerer," & "Yagrush." This is CLEARLY a play on Final Fantasy XI's Mythic Weapons from the Treasures of Aht Urghan expansion.

So then why, might I ask, does DRAGOON get DARK KNIGHT's weapon Liberator? The correct name should be RYUNOHIGE, thank you very much.

I was rather disappointed with the "relic" weapon names, being that they were mostly mediocre items in Final Fantasy XI ("they're different games" but Final Fantasy XIV is like XI's half-brother, they ARE related). Ex: Curtana was a pop item for Brigandish Blade in Ve'lugannon, never meant for combat use, and Gae Bolg was a lv70 polearm from Vouivre in Ifrit's Cauldron with an uncharacteristically long delay, even for a polearm.

I want my Gungnir back from XI, but since the others are named for Mythic weapons, then Dragoon's should be as well. And it should be DRAGOON's weapon, not DARK KNIGHT's.

These weapons ARE connected to the mythic weapons of Final Fantasy XI. The names alone are only part of the package, but that we have "Inspired by this legend, a Far Eastern alchemist named Jalzahn has journeyed to Eorzea. His sole objective: the creation of mighty weapons that would rival even those wielded by the heroes of eld."

Jalzahn is an emperor from Aht Urghan in Final Fantasy XI, and coming from "Far Eastern" is just a shout out to Aht Urghan being in the East.

Pld, Mnk, War, Whm, & Blm all have names to match their FFXI Mythic weapons.
Brd does not because Brd used a dagger and Rng had an Xbow - no "mythic bow" to draw from.
Smn & Sch use books in FFXIV, they had mythic staves in XI. If they had staves in XIV, they would've been Nirvana & Tupsimati.
Drg had Ryunohige in FFXI, and so that's what it should be here.

I'm not saying XIV should be nudged towards FFXI 2.0, but since you're obviously making a play at XI's mythic weapons, it NEEDS to be consistent.
