    App "Libra Eorzea" does not install

    Tried to install on my iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6, but install is refused because I haven't a gyroscope.

    A gyroscope?

    A piece of hardware Apple added in iPhone 4 and seems to be something SE's app. needs .. I'm assuming it's part of the system that deal with screen rotation, given what a gyroscope is, but only guessing.

    The main thing, is that really is not needed. Screen rotation works even without that piece of hardware, and to see my character info or browse a database, I don't see the reason of that limitation. I guess it is a bug on how they had put the app on apple store.

    it could be that the gyroscope thing is tied to the screen rotation somehow...depending on the orientation of the phone the screen will rotate to landscape or portrait views...

    I am confident it is not. Portrait and landscape are working, even without it. Most likely some unwanted flag turned on when they put the app on store. Unless the app really have something that uses gyroscope, but I had installed the app on iPad and there is nothing there using it.
