Scouts in distress

There is a new main scenario quest called "Scouts in Distress" im assuming its centered around Yugiri. Is this some kinda hint that a scout class is on the way or am I just reading too much into this and desperately wanting THF. What do u guys think?

You're reading too much into it. Scouts in distress is most likely the forefront of the Lominsian Navy is attacked by the Sahagin while scouting the area.

The Sea Rises (starts us off with the Scion getting news about Leviathan)
Fireworks and Fish Don't Mix (an attack on a Sahagin strong hold or vs Sahagin on board ships.)
Scouts in Distress (Naval fleet captured/under attack and we have to save them)
The Gift of Eternity (We meet with the chief of the Sahagin (elder) and they offer us the gift of eternity by becoming slaves to Leviathan (see Ifrit movie)
Into the Heart of the Whorl (start our prep to fight Leviathan)
Lord of the Whorl (The battle against Leviathan)


This is how it pretty much appears to run. I do not have advance info, this is pretty much just looking at the order, taking how the original story concerning the primals ran, and using common sense to put two and two together to read a possible scenario set up. The steps are fairly straight to the point and line up well with story as well as the screenshots and clips from the video.

Makes sense..ty for your perspective. I thought maybe since Yugiri's ppl were seeking shelter in Eorzea that was the distress and they were scouts b/c of the clothes he/she wears.

While she is moving to Eorzea, she's not the major focal point, yet. She has a few missions in the main scenario that I can see and seeing as they are coming over by boat (I think it was said they travelled by sea) it could lead up to her people needing saving from the Sahagin. Though her clothes are more reminiscent of a Blue Mages. XD Could just be her Race's Race Garb.
