Summoner Egi rebalance

The reason why Garuda is the only viable pet for end game is because Square designed the Egis around their role instead of the elemental wheel. Since each Primal is the embodiment of their element the Egis should be rebalanced around their element rather than the role they fill to make them more diverse.

The egi need a full remap because SE knew players from final fantasy XI will come over yet they made it a DOT Class. WHY ARE WE A DOT CLASS? WHY! We are called SUMMONERS! but wait what did the mod say.

Even in Final Fantasy XI the Summoner's didn't have the True Avatars the Avatars we had were 1/3 the size and power of the True Avatars but they were more detailed. What they should've did with the Summoner's pet was scale down the Primal to 1/3 of its actual size and power like they did with single player Final Fantasy titles.

The issue is the Summoner needed to be fixed since open beta and all square has done is nerf the Summoner without addressing it's design flaws.

Egis are getting the rebalance NOT because of XI summoners, but because Garuda is the ONLY pet that's actually worth using, and they want to change that, plus they want to make room for the 2 new pets coming after 2.3. Summoner is going to stay how is it is now, just with Ifrit possibly being more viable in endgame
