It was obviously meant as a light-hearted joke. Something this community sorely needs more of in these grim times.
/bow agreed. Sorry.
I dont find drinking beer productive, however i get your point. I check lodestone from work, so really i win on 3 lvls. The reason people say be patient is because they're too polite to say something more on the lines of 'Get a life and stop refreshing the lodestone page and constantly complaining about a free to play game, go have a beer, socialise or something normal'. It's not healthy and it's most certainly not productive.
IM getting paid
checking lodestone
not working, wahoo.
Dudes. If the patch is delayed that means more time to dedicate to ridiculous leve-linking SP amounts.
This is such an absurd over reaction thread.. Please close it before it gets worse.
Also even if 1.18 is delayed again it doesn't mean 1.19 will be, they are working on both at the same time..
How can you say that, all you are doing is speculating. What evidence so you have that the rest of us dont have.
I don't understand your argument. The choice of wording of the com. rep. is really an in-case scenario so that he doesn't get hate mail and death threat IF the patch is indeed delayed once more.
Also, Richard said if it will be delayed, they will confirm in the producer letter. Which so far is what happened, the last letter confirmed it would be delayed 2 weeks from what was planned.
and he said not to read too far into things (what the com. rep said) because nothing is guaranteed with patches, which is also true with any given game with patches, sometimes unexpected stuff happen and the patch gets delayed.
He doesn't have evidence, it's just common sense, which is something that not everyone has like you said yourself.
