I'm unable to trade platinum scales item for GC seals through expert delivery in my GC (Flames in Ul'dah).

I can select the scales in the item list and also get the trade window for the scales, but when accepting the trade I only get a message that I'm unable to trade the platinum scales.

Other expert delivery items work normal.
