Thread: 2.2 Progression Group Looking For Bard and Summoner (T6 killed)

Greetings Ultros! We're an established raiding FC on Zalera that's looking to bolster our raid roster (we plan on server transferring to Ultros in the near future due to lack of players on Zalera). We currently run one group, as we pride ourselves on the quality of the players in our group and are always looking to improve. We seek players who are consistently improving their game play by any means necessary. Prior to 2.2 we killed Twintania a total of 9 times. We have killed Turn 6 (Zalera server first) twice so far and getting close to killing Turn 7.

What are we looking for in a player?
Flexible schedule - Can you be on to push progression?
Ambition/Motivation
Excellent communication skills
Fast learning - No hand holding required
Creativity - What can you bring to the table to help us kill (insert new boss here)
Exceptional spatial awareness
iLvl 90 with at least one T5 kill preferred.

We're looking for players who come to raid with the mentality of "What can I do to make another players job easier?" as well as being able to thrive in high pressure situations. We are not care bears, players will be called out and errors will be corrected. Can you handle criticism without becoming demotivated?

Our "official" raiding hours:
Tues: 11:00 EST
Weds 10:30 EST
Thurs 11:00 EST
We go as long as everyone is willing to stay (minimum 3 hours).
Extra days can be added in during progression content as well and when we are pushing hard for a kill we can go up to 5 days in a week.
Raid times subject to change based on everyone's availability.

It would leave the PLD spot open, we're not exactly sure when we're moving to Ultros because we're trialing a summoner soon but we would have no problem paying for your server transfer to Zalera and then eventually to Ultros. Monday will be no problem because we tend to be able to start earlier if we go on Mondays (around 8 pm EST or so). If you can manage going to 2 am on Tuesdays for the next month or so that would be great because the Tuesday start is going to become earlier around the beginning of May.
