1) You can't post names or shame people on the forums without having your post moderated/deleted and action taken against your account. You should remove the names.
2) I agree that Needing in a Greed party is wrong (I have kicked people from my LS for bragging about it), but it's technically not against the ToS because it's a social contract, so there's nothing SE can do about it.
3) This game doesn't seem to have the same sort of 'reputation that follows you' like FFXI did. Someone ninjaing an item isn't huge news, and I've seen people need in greed parties on multiple occasions. The most you can do is kick them, tell your friends, and not play with that person ever again. Maybe word will get around, but probably not.
4) I don't like to do a Greed party unless I know/trust the people or I'm prepared to have an item stolen from someone who doesn't want to follow the rules. I knew someone who made a Greed party coil group and... suffice it to say that didn't work out well for him when someone needed the item he had declared.

Agree 100% with Ryuko.

Edit. I realize that she wasn't the only one on healing drop. This is why I usually say to people at the start to leave the run if you aren't in the pot so I can monitor it. People need all the time when they aren't supposed to just blacklist them, warn your fc/friends and move on. It sucks when it happens but shaming them on the forums looks bad on you. Drama lama says no.
