(Sorry In Advance For The Long Post!)
So basically I just got this BRAND NEW computer that should be running this game smoothly, but unfortunately this is not the case.
At any given time i am getting anywhere from 9fps at the lowest to 23-25fps at the higest. now even in the mid to low 20's the game feels so awkward controlling my character. everything i do feels as though it is just a few milliseconds off, as well as navigating my character by using right-click mouse. jumping also is off and not in synch with the button press. when i let my finger off of the W key my character still takes a few steps before he stops. Basically the game itself runs smoothly besides anything that has to do with controlling of my character, everything just feels off by a second. like i said, the rest of the game runs really smoothly, even the beginning cinematic. nothing is "laggy" per-say, it's just that everything feels like it's not reacting at the time things should be. if that makes any sense.
I have fooled around with all of the various graphic settings, i even went thru every single resolution setting, found one that looks a little squished but i think it helps with the lag. and have literally put everything on the lowest settings or just completely shut them off all together. this did help a little bit but not enough to satisfy. What i am looking for is a solution to run this game smoothly so i can actually play it comfortably if you have ANY ideas on what to do, whether it be changing resolution, graphics settings, ect. PLEASE COMMENT BELOW! I would be open to a new graphics card, and i know ultimately that would fix this problem, but c'mon. this is a brand new computer, it should be able to run this game smoothly. btw my specs are:
AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.50GHz
8.00GB (7.19GB usable)
64-bit operating system x64-based processor
now i don't know much about computers but i was told this would be a good computer for gaming. so idk, hopefully someone out there in the community will be able to help.
