Titan Extreme quest last cutscene glitch

I skipped by mistake the last cutscene after first time win and exiting the battlefield and now I can't view it in the inn.

Not really a bug. There are 2 kinds of cutscenes:

1) "Simple", where chat logs do not disappear. Uses regular model movements, emotes, walk cycle, etc. Prior to 2.15 or 2.16 you couldn't skip these cutscenes and they never showed up in the inn journal. The cutscene you're referring to is one of these.

2) "Detailed", where chat log disappears. Uses unique animations, higher quality models, etc. This is basically everything that can be viewed in the inn.

when I checked Garuda Extreme quest cutscenes in the inn there were 3, but Titan's Extreme quest only had 2 which were the summoning and death cutscenes.

First time cutscene skip and un-viewable in inn bug was addressed and being fixed in patch 2.2. Seen the post announcement from Community Rep. Hvinire. Thanks.
