Summoner Weapon Omnitome vs Veil of Wiyu Zenith

So, close to getting my Veil of Wiyu, I know late to the party. I was wondering how does the Veil of Wiyu Zenith stack up against the Omnitome. What is personal preferences towards one or the other. I know the Relic is going to get a further upgrade in 2.2, but it took me two weeks to get to the point that I needed the 900 Philo item, I'll be one of them that probably won't get into Zodiac Weaponry until possibly the expansion.

So Omnitome or Wiyu Zenith? Which is more preferred?

In what way would I need the extra Accuracy over higher Spell Speed and Determination?

Wanna make sure I have my gear set for when I have to do end game material so I'm trying to prep and learn all that I can.

SMN needs 435 ACC for Coil T4 and 455 ACC for T5 without food IIRC. Depending on your gear setup you may fall short.

Just have to say...huh? 435 is for all of Coil for casters. It doesn't change for you at all (doesn't even change for any DPS really, as long as physicals know that attacking Snakes from the front = miss chance, but that's because you're attacking from the front, not from some Acc bump...)


EDIT: Really, like others have said, the difference is the Acc on the Omnitome. Outside of Coil, the Zenith is better. The Omnitome is really only good for the Acc for Coil.

450 for Garuda in everything.
BiS with zenith/allagan puts you at 448 whether you go for det or crit build.

Zenith is slightly better because it has determination. Omnitome is only worth using over zenith if you still need accuracy for coil as other said. If you have 448 there's no reason to use the omnitome from a gameplay standpoint, just if you want a creepy book looking at you

Anyway i took the Omnitome because i had no myth to spend. Nice for accuracy, but u Can CAP ACC with a good gear and use the veil of wiyu zenith for a higher spell speed and determination.

Get the zenith, you'll need it for zodiac weapons.

I have 444 acc and Garuda still misses a handful of times on t5 each week.
