A party seeking flag feature like XI is still better because there doesn't have to already be an FFXI's system was simple and it worked. I'd rather they at least give us the option to do that rather than invest a bunch of time tweaking a tool that hardly anyone wants to use. Maybe if it was easier for people to form the party initially then more of them would be filling out the ranks with the existing tool afterwards.
Its really a hassle to fill all the info in and search menu to menu of players for correct groups.
Its also quite useless right now since there i no real grouping what so ever.
