Before the New Content on next patch

We're having new content soon while we still havn't what we need the most, a change of the flag up function.
-Looking for party / Play solo
-Comments functions


Also, by introducing new dungeon, Final Fantasy XIV must add a way to loot/cast lot and random on item, actually our system is based mostly on luck and trust, we should have a "treasure pool" and the abilities to use some function like: (in bold,the most important)
- Cast Lot
- Pass
(Optional)
- Leader Treasure Pool (a special treasure pool that a leader can open and access using this option, once he get drop he can distribute to member with some ease, a good use of it is before an NM kill,this option only work if every member in the party are part of the same linkshell)

Also, the last usefull thing we missing, allow Linkshell function usable (even if players are far or near).
- Kick
- Invite
- Tell
- Send Message (as we can see them even logged off).
- Message that say: **** **** has logged on. (possible to filter).


I think, all of this thing are a need before any new content, giving us that, will allow players to finally find new camp, exp party (well there's already some but letting ppl seek while they are doing some stuff outside of town still better), enjoy more and more content (with dungeon in addition).
