We do our best! Haha That's one thing I like about our server. It's still populated, but not overwhelming when scheduling things.

Out of curiosity, how can I assist my FC in enhancing and retain members? The FC I'm in is a Rank 8 FC on the Faerie Server (medium population) and we're both casual and occasionally hardcore when it comes to clearing difficult content. We don't do much endgame stuff together because a lot of people are on at different times and work crazy schedules (I'm one of them). So, how do you all do it? Can you give me any hints and tips?
