When come to class vs jobs put simple class have more opeions on things willl the jobs have more poshied egding. for one main point or other. one are job as other for needing back up healer for coil 5 for a back up of that its all what you think your party needs. find that lot with in the game.

And what cross class ability? Bard already has all the big buffing ones. There's no way what you're saying is true, especially with the stat bonus the job crystal gives.
