Archer in full allagan w/allagan weapon does more damage than bard with the same gear. Lancer in full allagan w/allagan weapon does more than dragoon with the same gear. Why? Cross class abilities.

And what cross class ability? Bard already has all the big buffing ones. There's no way what you're saying is true, especially with the stat bonus the job crystal gives.
