How is a DUALSHOCK 3 controller used on PC

I've used MotionJoy over years. But this one is the better one. No need to run a config tool after every reboot. No ads.

Mhh - strange - there is no need to run it ever again after the initial setup (if done correctly) nor you'll see any addds (unless you open the configuraton tool again to change something).
