    Well, there's only one thing you buy with Philo for your relic; the Oil. Its probably going to be moved to Myth and cost less.

    As for the Philo mats; they're going to the GC vendors.

    I, for one, would like a definite answer to this.

    That Oil is the one thing I looked for NOT specifically mentioned in the patch notes. (I don't know that other stuff was not mentioned, but the Oil I looked specifically for.)
