upgraded to the collectors edition... need help with ingame items... lvl 10 char

hey all, I just got the game and have been enjoying it, i got the items in game but they disappeared from my inventory, and so far I have only been able to find the helm, where did the rest go after i tried to use them?

I don't think I can just get them back out of the emails i was sent...

the companions section in the start button menu doesn't work so i cant even check that.. my character is probably not high enough level to use a mount however i don't even know where you would find those in the menu system...

There should be 3 other items: the chocobo barding, the baby behemoth minion and coerul mount. the barding and mount you can't use until you do the level 20 quest for your grand company mount. the minion should be available under the minion section of your actions window. Just press P

^And if it's not in the Minion section, try checking your Inventory. Sometimes you get an item and have to "activate" the minion first.

All three of the others you originally receive from the mail as items in your inventory. You then use the item to gain the barding, mount, or minion. (In doing so, the item itself is used up, removing it from your inventory.) Once you've used the items, you'll have the following:

Baby behemoth minion: This should be available in the Minions section of the Actions/Traits window.

Coeurl mount: You cannot actually call your coeurl yet. (You'll get an "unavailable" error if you try.) But you should see it listed under the Mounts section of the Actions/Traits window. Once you get a chocobo, doing so unlocks access to mounts, so then your coeurl will be available for use as well.

Chocobo barding: I don't think there is any way to see this until you have a chocobo. After you have a chocobo, there's a section at the bottom of the Mounts window that lets you select which barding you want your chocobo to use.

Thanks everyone. Just glad to know I didn't screw up something. As of last night I hit 19... now waiting for maintenance to end...
