myth/soldiery caps

i was wondering, since 2.2 drops on the 27th and cap reset is tomorrow, will we be screwed over by any myths we get this week? assuming that the cap only affects myths themselves and that's being removed our cap will be at 0 on the 27th right (for soldiery) and no say 50/450 if we had gotten some myths while there was a cap.

Someone of my guild was asking the same question today. Normaly it should just be that all stones remain ingame, so
xxxx/2000 philo (which can't be obtained anymore)
xxxx/2000 myth (just deleted the cap)
0/2000 (0/450) soldiery

the problem is, we don't know how it is programmed. Maybe (if it's poor programmed) there is only 1variable for the cap, because it is only needed once. But then i bet will be a huge shitstorm on the jap forum

Why would it report the cap to the soldiery ? Different tomes, different cap. You won't suddenly get all your philo converted in myth and myth converted in soldiery (though I'd love it, 2k of each )

You're missunderstanding something here i think. The cap has nothing to do with your current stones. The Cap only says that you can obtain stones. If the cap get's carried over, it could be that you have 0/2000 soldiery stones, but a cap of 300/450 (if it's the same variable and there is no reset) after the patch.
But well i don't think that will happen.

Mythos don't get translated over to Soldiery. All myths you get this week will add to the xxxx/2000 total. You'll start the 2.2 patch with 0/2000 0/450 [???] Soldiery, and with how many Mythos you had out of 2,000.

So don't worry about it.

In the patch notes it says there will be an Npc that converts philosophy to myths. The ratio I'm unsure of.

I understood and just said that nothing would be carried from one tome to the other. Neither the number nor the cap

That wasn't my point by far but yeah they said that ^^ No ratio has been announced though

the reset is tuesday at 8:00 am GMT so yeah, you'll have 5 days to hit the cap if you want to
