Why is there a limit on the number of gardens you can have? I look at our small yard and we have room for 2 more of the biggest garden. Why is there a limit connected to plot size?

I imagine it keeps the supply/demand in check for any items that are obtained only through gardening, it also rewards free companies who invested in larger houses with something practical, and there's always the chance there's are limits for technological reasons too.
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
I speculated early on that FC housing features would more than likely be scaled according to your FC lot size because it would be pointless for people to buy medium or large lots. It indeed is more spacious but space is pointless if you could buy a small lot and have features on par with large lots.
PS3 limitations.
It's probably more to do with their having intended the Large Houses to go to the big 200-300 member FCs, the mediums to the 50-100 ones and the smalls to, y'know, the small ones. If you think of the ratios that way it all seems about equal.
