Why I need more retainer

However, for those who somehow manage to fill 350 slots on their retainers, I agree that additional storage (not a retainer) should be purchased with gil or even a gobbie bag type quest, rather than real money. An additional retainer (due to the ventures, whatever) should be optional with real money--akin to mules, etc. of ffxi.

Of course, SE could say "Screw you, we'll just make more cowls / tin cans to save you an armor slot!"

Yes, I don't care if additional storage is another retainer or a chest (as long as anything can be put in it unlike that stupid armoire in the Inn). It would just be nice if we didnt have to pay real money for it.

Let's see what SE did here.

Glamour system encourages people to have more and more gear stored to use as vanity.
Adds more items to be gathered and stored for crafting
Adds at least 3 weapons for each job
Adds at least 4 full armor sets for each job.
And the Retainer Venture system.

All of these are great additions but...
Isnt it just a bit too blatant to add all of these things that will eat away the inventory space and the "Oh what a coincidence to realse this now" retainer venture system at the same time they add the "completely optional" extra retainer fee?

We cant even use mules to store items because they wont allow us to transfer items between our characters.

I believe they say after use glamour, you can toss or put the item away, I only keep it because I want. Why you talk like the 3rd retainer is absolute need and everyone force to get ?

You'll need to keep the original to copy it again once you get better gear or once they release new tiers of gear. Otherwise you'll waste even more space with a lot of prepared glamours that I'm sure won't be stackable.
