rank cap over 50?

I can see them raising the cap 1-2 years AFTER people are generally happy with the game.

When we have had and gone through maybe 5 dungeons, several nm's, more quest storyline that takes us to a new zone. Not just after Balancing... I mean c'mon..

Hey we just finished making everything right.
Ok let's raise the level cap!
But we just finished the balancing of content for 50.. there is no content for higher levels!
