Your quote doesn't even include Coil. The Coil Echo buff is entirely separate from the Primal ones, in that it won't even appear for the first 2 weeks, then after that it's automatically turned on and gets larger every week. Check the Q&A if you want proof.

As for the OP, don't try and talk sense into these forums. They WILL put words into your mouth, spout out buzzwords like "elitist" and "special snowflake", and respond to all arguments with "Lol why do you care?". Community and progression in MMOs is dead.
