I'm not disappointed at all, this is how it should be, old content get nerfed.
let the people who dont have static or got lucky with BF/DF get things done or they leave.

Solution: did you clear content before 2.2, you gear will say Allagan chestpiece of Aiming 2.1 (making the name up). Did you do it after: Allagan chestpiece of Aiming 2.2. Or just a different color, same stats. Problem solved.
Since the "casuals" say it does not matter when you cleared it, I'm sure they would not mind. If they do, they're basically doing the same thing as the OP: complaining about differentiation.
yeayyyy to content BUFF but not nerf (idk why op not understand the diff between nerf and buff)
and yeayyyy i can finally clear t1 to t5 and i dont care about those so call hardcore wear op equipment do low level content for so call challenge
As someone who hasn't beat turn 4 and 5 yet, i'm a bit disappointed by the nerfs.
I'd like to go at my own pace, but also want to have a challenge while doing content.
I feel like I'll have to rush through content just to finish them before being nerfed.
But still not a big disappointment. Also let's not forget that some players are struggling/stuck at some point of the game and they might need the nerf to advance and catch up.

Sorry T_T
But they did mention something about High voltage not causing paralyze as much and how it could be cured with esuna.
But yeah I made a mistake. Thought the echo buff would be added right away to turns 1-5.
For those who wont get to experience T1-T5/ AK/PS before the adjustments happen, you'll just be experiencing it in a new way once it has been adjusted. It's not nerfed. Its adjusted, and the new adjustments will become the normal before we know it and all this griping will be for naught. I could care less one way or another if these adjustments happen, though I am in favor of the them if only so newer players can get caught up and enjoy the content as well.
Not really disappointed by the nerfs that are coming but I find they kind of pointless to be honest.
With the addition of new higher iLevel equipment, surely the first step if you're struggling to beat something should be to upgrade your gear.
New crafted gear and gear from Tomes of Solidarity should be available to all, even if you can't get to the new turn in Coil of Bahamut for that gear.

I would agree with you but for the majority of players even many in FCs Titan EX and up is a lot to ask on any kind of regular basis or even close to that. It does need to be made slightly easier, though, I am HOPING they tune it so the difficulty is still very high. We shall see. All I know is there are too many casual players out there to keep the difficulty this high and yes it does affect everyone using the duty finder or making teams in a negative way at times.
