T13 phase 3 and 4 progression group LF a BRD or maybe a melee for EST raids

Hi -

We're losing our BRD to a fulltime job starting next Monday. We've reached Teraflare and are cleaning up phase 3 before we get ready to down T13. Would prefer someone with similar experience, or someone who is super confident that they wouldn't hold us back. Would prefer a BRD, though our DRG is willing to go BRD if we can get a good NIN or DRG. Things we're looking for:

High damage (preferably someone who parses and tries to get better each time)

Not a raid logger (e.g. you work on gear outside of raiding, you want to hang out with us when we do other stuff such as sells, farms, etc, goofy stuff)

Good attitude (takes criticism well, willing to help others get better)

Punctual (shows up on time, lets me know well ahead of time if they won't make it so I can pug)

Good communicator (cool with using TS3, would prefer someone who actually actively talks and doesn't just sit meekly)

We raid Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sun 930pm-1130pm EST, generally get T10-12 down on Tuesday and spend the rest of the week working on T13.

If you still need a melee I'm 126 NIN. I can do about 610 dps on a dummy with Zod weapon and I'm pretty confident in my ability to learn quick ^^ on t12 add phase unfortunately but would greatly appreciate if you gave me a shot if you still space
