Monster AoE Visually glitched for me.

NOTE: this is not a forum post about delayed attacks or anything related, i have used the search function to find no other forum post about an issue such as this, there fore it is not a duplicate post


Time:19:02 (7:02 pm) Earth Time
Frequency:Always
World name: Lich, EU Chaos
Character name: Zero Dyl
Monster name: Any and All monsters
Class/Level:Black Mage, Level 50
Party or solo: Party and Solo
In-game time: any given time
Area and coordinates: any given location

Steps:
1. I enter into a fight with a monster and as soon as they use an Area of Effect ability, I see the
Area of Effect attack and multiple other "clipped" versions, these clipped versions are false
indicators they do not deal any damage but they do become a nuisance in Raids such at Crystal Tower where they use a multitude of Area of Effect abilities and it is rather difficult to distinguish between what is a real and what is a fake attack, a prime example of this would be when Acheron uses this attack:

My screen has no safety zones visible because of this visual glitch which makes partaking in end game dungeons impossible if they consist of clustered Area of Effect attacks.

I apologize for the poor screenshot it was delayed, but an explanation of the coloured bars would be:
Blue is the range of the false attack(s)
Red is the range of the real attack(s)

these screenshots are just simple mere guides of what this issue is, if further screenshots are required i will try to provide you with an image of the Acheron attack when possible.

I've un-installed and re-installed the game several times now and still this issue keeps reoccurring.
