Add Chat Tab Greyed Out

I'm trying to add a new chat tab, but the + button is greyed out. I tried resetting chat settings to default, but it doesn't affect it. How do I create a new chat tab now?

Edit: Nevermind. Apparently, you get one custom chat tab and I'd already created it when I first got them game.

You can have 2 custom tabs actually, just gotta remove the event one first. I do it all the time, setup #3 for Party/Alliance & #4 for FC/LS
