Thread: <FE> Seeking BRD/SMN for 2.2 Progression

Greetings Zalera! Your friendly neighborhood FC <Forced Entry> is looking to acquire more talent! We're an established raiding FC on this server that's looking to bolster our raid roster. We currently run one group, as we pride ourselves on the quality of the players in our group and are always looking to improve. We seek players who are consistently improving their game play by any means necessary. In 2.1 we were the second FC to kill Twintania, and killed it every subsequent week.

What are we looking for in a player?
Flexible schedule - Can you be on to push progression?
Ambition/Motivation
Excellent communication skills
Fast learning - No hand holding required
Creativity - What can you bring to the table to help us kill (insert new boss here)
Exceptional spatial awareness

We're looking for players who come to raid with the mentality of "What can I do to make another players job easier?" as well as being able to thrive in high pressure situations. We are not care bears, players will be called out and errors will be corrected. Can you handle criticism without becoming demotivated?

Examples of what we're not looking for include:
Clicking on main rotation abilities.
Crying about gear
Crying about being called out
Complacency with one's own game play.
Repeated mistakes with no effort to fix them. And no - Lag is not an acceptable excuse when it happens repeatedly.
"I WAS OUT OF IT ON MY SCREEN"

A lot of what I've said here can be viewed as elitism. But is it? We understand mistakes happen and we understand SE's servers suck. But we maintain exceptional performance despite the state of SE servers and we expect you to as well. Many players hold back because "I'm not geared enough, or it's too hard". We will all be pushing content in i90 gear as the playing fields are being leveled. Where will you be? Sitting in Mor Dhona conversing with your friends? Wiping in Duty Finder? Or will you be pushing progression content without a strategy handed out to you, experiencing MMO game play and having a chance to conquer it for yourself. A couple of my best players came to me in horrible gear and now I couldn't imagine raiding without them.

Our "official" raiding hours:
Tues: 10:00 EST
Weds 10:30 EST
Thurs 10:00 EST
Sundays/Mondays can be added in during progression content as well.

What we're looking for:
BRD
SMN (I want to be blown away by an exceptional summoner)
