But you will have new challenges, with mog, leviathan extreme, new dungeon's as well as being able to unbuff the echo buff if you so choose, it's an option, you can still play through all the content in the original, for the most part.
You will be able to clear coil turn 1-5 easier maybe with the small permanent buffs, but then you can explore 6-9 which will be highest difficulty still. And in the end, what they really did was just gave players a way faster way of getting your myth gear and ilvl90 gear to actually participate well in extreme modes, you don't have to wait each week for the cap to wear off.
