I don't get why echo has to be on titan hard as titan hard mode is not that hard, it's just players lack of effort to learn rotation.

And I wonder why people think Coil or the Ex fights will become an easy thing everybody can do. You have more hit points, you make more damage, healers heal more, agreed. But you still need to know how you play your class and that is independant from hit points or a bit increased damage. If you can't dodge or understand the mechanics, you might last a few seconds longer because of your hit points but that's pretty much it. Coil for example is a DPS race and Yes, the buff will make it a tad easier and good players will get even faster through it. But some people do not have a damage problem because of their stats or ilevel but because they do not know how to make decent damage and think surviving is enough. It is like a bigger gun in your hand, looks nice but if you don't know how to use it, you won't get much advantage from it.
Also before everybody screams that the World is going to end, how about waiting for the new patch, take a look at what the Echo buff really does for you and then voice your opinions.
Few month for static, that speaks a lot on your initiative. Echo buff is good cause it will help people that really cannot afford to down twin the normal way to have a better chance of downing her. Being unable to down her prior to this patch is totally your fault, not SE's. They can't be holding back this echo buff just because someone needed A FEW MONTH to find a static group.
Oh one more thing, right now we have bosses with much higher difficulty than Twin. Maybe try to down them quick before SE nerf them or buff us again.

SE wants to push people to the new contents. Issuing Echo on HM allows newbies to go to the "Today's endgame" faster, injecting more new people to do the new contents with

Just dont wipe....
