FC Calendar

I would love an ingame calendar too.
At the Moment I am rebuilding our FC Website and I am still looking for a Events/Raid planning System that would be easy to use. However I couldn't find anything yet.
How do you plan your Events and Raids at the Moment? Which Systems do you use? I have found the biggest Problem is the fact of having one character with several classes on it because that's Kind of unique, no other MMO is working that way so most Systems I have seen so far were not really usable. If anyone got an idea of how to implement a useful raid calendar on a FC Website I would be very happy to hear it.

Google Sheets, embed in site. Anyone will be able to view it on your sire, but if you set it to private and only invite actual FC people to be able to edit it, then even after embedding it they'll be the only ones who can touch it (if site requires a login of some kind, then you can just leave it public as long as the page it's on is secured by the login credentials).
