I'm going to have to disagree with you on this. I've only played for a few months and have 4 (5 if you count summoner/scholar) at level 50 and I've just started getting the Myth related pieces. It may be pointless if you are fully geared in all Myth right now, but there are a lot of people that are not.

Myth gear is the new darklight in 2.2, there will be a lot of it everywhere. Getting 110 gear from coil will take awhile.

And that's what hardcore people need to worry about. They should stop worrying about past accomplishments and look towards new ones. Why so many people want to keep older content difficult to access is beyond me. Especially when it's only going to be easier because there's new content for these people to dig their teeth into.
