He just tried installing Direct X 9.0c as someone recommended that, nothing changed. Changing to window mode with low settings did not help either.
The thing is he was able to play without any difficulties for months. Then his FFXI install got so corrupted that he had to reformat his PC. But now his FFXIV won't run anymore... @.@
